Project Sustainability is founded on the belief that the world, in its entirety, can be powered by renewable sources. Wind, solar, ocean, geothermal, hydroelectric and a handful of other energy sources will all play a role. We are a pragmatic group of action-oriented individuals who see our mission as moving the world towards this goal.

We area privately held company that reinvests profits into the financing of future projects. We believe that this long term approach to building a company allows us to focus on developing projects that have a greater emphasis on fiscal and socail equity than many of our competitors.

Our Story

The name Project Sustainability came from a project which one of our founders completed in a "Sustainable Development" class he took while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. He created an online forum to facilitate class discussion at www.projectsustainability.com. While use of the forum ended with the semester four founder's interest in the cause did not. In early 2009 Project Sustainability was reborn as a company committed to developing sustainable energy projects.
