Project Sustainability accepts the following form of payments: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Due to the processing times, we cannot guarantee an order can be canceled or edited once placed. Please send us an email to info@projectsustainability and we’ll do our best.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping ground shipping on every order. We ship via UPS and USPS, and all of our shipments are carbon neutral.

Currently, we’re only able to ship to customers within the US, though we hope to offer global shipping in the future.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm EST, weekends, and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once processed, your order will ship with standard or 2 -day shipping via our shipping partners. You can expect standard shipping to arrive within 5-7 business days and express shipping to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Returns

We accept items returned within 14 days of receiving your initial order. All products must be in new condition, with all original packaging included. At this time, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or style, please submit a return request and place a new order.

To make a return, please email us at info@projectsustainability and our team will help you process your return and provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Project Sustainability adheres to a no-paper policy to reduce our paper waste and stay true to our environmental promises, you can find relevant information about your order within your confirmation email.
